In my speech I am going to tell you about the impact of mental health, types of mental illness and how to help yourself feel better.
What is mental health and why is it important
Our mental health includes our emotional, psychological, psychology is the study of mind and behaviour, social well-being. It affects the way we think, feel, and behave. It also has an impact on how we deal with stress, social interactions, and decision-making. Mental health is important at any time, including childhood, adolescence, and adulthood.

Mental illness is one of the most common causes of disability. Mental illness that goes untreated can lead to serious emotional, behavioural, and physical health issues. Unhappiness and decreased enjoyment of life are two complications that are sometimes associated with mental illness.

Exercise, eating a balanced and healthy diet, opening out to other people in your life, taking a break when you need it, remembering something you're grateful for, and getting a good night's sleep are all things that can help you improve your emotional health.
